Steward the time, relationships, and opportunities God has entrusted to me.

Work with excellence, completing each week's assignments and outreach blocks.

Community
Participate fully in group calls, prayer, and accountability.

Protect the privacy of donors, teammates, and ministry contacts.

Prioritize prayer, rest, and personal discipleship as the foundation of all fundraising efforts.

2. Time Commitment Overview

3. Expectations Checklist
Before Starting (Launch Month)
Attend Kickoff Retreat (orientation + prayer)
Set Minimum Support Goal (approved by leadership)
Build 250-name contact list
Confirm first 25 warm introductions
Prepare short story/testimony and invitation script
Schedule weekly outreach blocks in calendar
Ongoing Weekly Rhythm
Complete five 3-hour outreach blocks (15 hrs total)
Reach out to approximately 50 contacts each week
Hold at least 5 one-on-one meetings (20/month)
Attend group call and 1:1 mentor session
Log all activity in CRM/spreadsheet
Send thank-you notes within 24 hours
Pray with partner (15 min)
Monthly Goals
Add 25+ new introductions through Connectors
Ensure each Connector introduces 20–25 new people
Host or participate in one Vision Zoom or church meeting

4. Accountability and Support
Coach Coordinator
Oversees mentors, checks progress, removes barriers, and ensures participants remain on pace toward the Minimum Support Goal.
Western Mentor
Leads weekly 1:1s, helps refine asks, and supports Non-Western missionaries.
Connectors
Provide warm introductions and host meetings; each introduces 20–25 new contacts during the year.
Missionary Participant
Executes the plan, reports progress, and prays faithfully.
